Time flies... I hadn't even realized that I wasn't updating this weekly until today. Oops.

So, I am now down 12.5 pounds. I dropped a pants size, and my shirts are really big. The weight loss itself isn't a lot, so I have to think it is the exercise dropping inches. I went out and bought a new pair of pants. It is the first time that I have ever bought a smaller size of clothing... ever. It sure felt good!

I have to admit, this week, I kinda went off diet, but tomorrow is a new day, and a new start. This week has been so odd... migraine for 3 days, and a lot of quizzes in my classes. But, time to get back on diet, and keep losing weight, right?
