Battle with Comcast... Round Two

. Heh... at least she got an apology, but I applaud her for leaving a company that would allow her to be treated that way (Heck, simple programming should catch the "b" word...).

For those who don't remember, I had a major billing gripe with Comcast a few years ago, and was treated very poorly by their staff. It didn't even net an apology for me from them.
