BG: 95
OK... 261 is my baseline at this point. So, after all was said and done, I only gained 2 pounds since July. I am not happy I gained, but hey... only 2 pounds! With all the crud I have been eating.
Stayed on plan all day yesterday. So far, on plan today. :-)
BTW: When I started at 278, my BMI was 44.9.

Um, not sure why my comment about "Hacker's Diet" disappeared, It wasn't SPAM. The link I posted takes you to John Walker's web site (John Walker founded Autodesk) where he has posted an ebook he wrote on dieting. I found it to be useful and I thought you would, too.
