Got the apartment

I got the apartment that I applied to rent. I will see the actual apartment tomorrow, as it is supposed to be ready. I know what it looks like already, since the floorplans are identical in all the units. As long as it is clean, and has no mold, I am happy. As I mentioned before, it is only a couple of years old, which is a positive thing in my view. And I have a view of a park that is across from my front door.

Now, I just have to arrange all the other crap that goes with moving... changing phone service, cable or satellite (probably cable... sigh), and broadband access. The phone company web site AND the cable site both say that they don't service the address.
