New place to live?

I put in an application for an apartment not far from here. I really don't want to live in an apartment, but hey, I won't have to worry about mowing the lawns, etc. The place is only a couple of years old, and in really good shape. I'll lose about 800 sq ft of space, and I do lose my garage. :-(

So, hopefully, I will get an answer today or Tuesday at the latest (Monday is a holiday and the corporate offices are closed). Cross your fingers!
