| Ham Rolls |
1/4 lb. Roquefort Cheese
1/4 C. Cream Cheese
1/4 C. Butter or margerine
4 Boiled Ham Slices (Thin)
A day or so ahead of time:
Combine roquefort, cream cheese, and butter. Spread evenly on each ham slice. Roll up like a jelly roll and wrap in wax paper or foil. Refrigerate until needed.
To serve:
Slice rolls thinly and serve on platter, pinwheels on or off crackers.
