Lasagna

3 Lb. Lean Hamburger meat
26 oz Spaghetti sauce (one large jar)
1 Lg Tub Ricotta Cheese
2 Lb Mozarella Cheese
1 Lg Can Parmesan Cheese
1 Lg Pkg Lasagna Noodles
2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 C. Onions, chopped fine
12 Oz. Tomato sauce
6 Oz. Tomato Paste

Cook hamburger in skillet until browned. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onions. Drain drippings from meat. In separate pot, mix spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and italian seasoning. Cook until hot. Add meat mixture. Stir and cook about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Cook noodles according to package, and rinse.

Layer ina greased 9x13 baking pan: Noodles, meat sauce, spoonfuls of ricotta cheese dabbed over sauce, sprinkle with mozarella cheese, top with parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until pan is full. (About 4 layers).

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
