1 Lg Package Small Elbow Macaroni
2 Lbs Cheddar Cheese
1-2 C. Milk
Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain. Place in rectangular cake pan or two square cake pans. Place cheese on top, covering macaroni. Leave a small corner free of cheese. Pour milk into opposite corner. When you can see the milk on the botton where there was no cheese, stop pouring the milk in. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Variation: add onions to macaroni before putting in pan(s).
