| Stir-In Pie Dough |
2-1/4 C. Sifted Flour
1-1/2 Tsp Salt
1/3 C. Cold Milk
1/2 C. + 1 Tbsp Salad Oil
Mix flour and salt into bowl. Pour milk and oil into same cup (Don't stir); add all at once to flour. Stir lightly until well mixed.
Press dough with hands into a smooth ball. Divide in half, and form into 2 balls. Roll to pie size between 2 - 12" squares of wax paper. Peel off the top sheet and place crust with paper side up into pie tin. Carefully remove paper.
Makes 1 - 8" to 9" 2 crust pie, or two single crust pies, or 8-10
