1/2 Tbsp Butter or Margerine
2 Lbs Chuck Steak, Cut 1" thick
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1/2 Lb Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Green pepper
1 Lb Canned Tomatoes, drained and chopped (Reserve juice)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 C. Juice from canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp A-1 Sauce
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
Freshly ground pepper (Optional)
Chopped Parsley for garnish (Optional)
Spread center of 20" heavy duty Reynolds Wrap with butter or margerine. Cut steak into serving portions and arrange on foil, overlapping each portion. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and green pepper. Sprinkle over salt and onion soup mix. Mix juice, A-1, and corn starch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Double fold the edges to seal tight.
Bake 2 hours at 365. Roll back foil, sprinkle with pepper and parsley.
