Egg and Cheese Casserole

6 Pieces Bread
8 Eggs
1/2 C. Milk
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 Scallions, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation the day before:

Set out the 6 slices of bread to dry.
Preparations the night before:
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a round casserole dish, layer the bread, cheese, and scallions. Continue layering until there are no more ingredients to layer. Pour egg mixture onto layers. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
