French Apple Walnut Cake

2-1/3 C. + 1 Tbsp. Flour
1-1/4 C. + 1 Tbsp. Sugar
1-1/8 sticks Butter, melted
1-1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
3 Eggs
Dash Salt
4 Medium Apples, cut
    or Canned Pie Apples, drained
1-1/2 C. Broken Walnuts

Sift dry ingredients. Add butter and 1 egg at a time. Beat well. Add apples and walnuts, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased angel food cake pan for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. Cake will be heavy and moist.
