Review of HP tx1020ea

This rather blunt and brutal review was posted: http://www.pcw.co.uk/personal-computer-world/hardware/2187245/review-hp-pavilion-tx1020ea

Bottom line: Not a good Tablet PC

Changes Coming!

After letting this site languish for a long time, I have decided to resurrect it, for the benefit of ALL HP-Compaq Tablet PC owners (tc1000, tc1100, tc4200, tc4400, tx1000, and other TPC's in the future).

I would appreciate your help in making this site grow and improve. Please let me know about ANY updates to these hardware platforms, bugs, firmware, recalls, etc. Email them to: tabletpcfaq@portable-essentials.com.

Welcome!

This is the new format for the tc4200 FAQ. I didn't like the setup I had previously, so went by an old standby: Blogger. This way, if I am in the field, and feel an update is needed, I can do it through web or email! This FAQ is going to evolve, so please be patient, and you will see a (hopefully) great site grow here!

Loose Hinge?

Several tc4200 users, including myself, have noticed the hinge/turning point is loosening up considerable, resulting in the screen "flapping" a bit. If anyone has contacted HP about this, let me know what happened.
